At Fans Give Back, every item is made just for you once you place an order. This means a little extra time to create something meaningful—thank you for your patience and support.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on demand and product availability.
Shipping Time Estimates
Once your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fans Give Back is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
