At Fans Give Back, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement at no cost to you.
Sizing & Order Accuracy
Please carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order. Because all items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders are processed quickly after they are placed. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once your order has been submitted.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- An item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
